Client was facing a lengthy jail or prison sentence following an accusation that he violated the terms and conditions of his probation by committing five new offenses.  After an evidentiary hearing, a judge found no probable cause as to any of the alleged offenses.  Accordingly, no violation of probation was found, and the Client was re-probated to the same end date.
